कोरबा (ट्रैक सिटी)। पावर ग्रिड कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (PGCIL) द्वारा पावर ग्रिड के एक बे की ब्रेकर टेस्टिंग के दौरान शुक्रवार रात विद्युत फॉल्ट की घटना सामने आई। इस घटना के बाद NTPC कोरबा की सभी संचालित यूनिट एक साथ ट्रिप हो गईं, जिससे बिजली उत्पादन पर तत्काल असर पड़ा। घटना के बाद NTPC प्रबंधन और तकनीकी टीमों ने यूनिटों के रिवाइवल की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
NTPC कोरबा के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी (PRO) की ओर से जारी जानकारी के अनुसार, PGCIL द्वारा PGCIL Bay के ब्रेकर का परीक्षण किया जा रहा था। इसी दौरान विद्युत फॉल्ट हुआ, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप NTPC कोरबा की सभी यूनिट ट्रिप हो गईं।
घटना के बाद संयंत्र में तकनीकी स्तर पर आवश्यक प्रक्रियाएं शुरू की गई हैं। ट्रिप हुई सभी यूनिटों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से पुनः चालू करने यानी रिवाइवल का कार्य किया जा रहा है। प्रबंधन के मुताबिक यह प्रक्रिया सुरक्षा मानकों और तकनीकी जांच के अनुरूप पूरी की जा रही है।
देर रात तक बहाल होने की उम्मीद
NTPC कोरबा के PRO ने बताया कि सभी यूनिटों के रिवाइवल की प्रक्रिया जारी है और इसके देर रात तक पूरा होने की उम्मीद है। हालांकि, यूनिटों को दोबारा सिस्टम में लेने का कार्य तकनीकी परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करेगा।
अचानक सभी यूनिटों के ट्रिप होने से NTPC कोरबा से होने वाला विद्युत उत्पादन प्रभावित हुआ है। हालांकि, फिलहाल प्राथमिकता यूनिटों को सुरक्षित तरीके से बहाल करने और विद्युत प्रणाली को सामान्य स्थिति में लाने की है।
NTPC प्रबंधन की ओर से घटना को PGCIL बे में ब्रेकर टेस्टिंग के दौरान हुई विद्युत फॉल्ट की घटना बताया गया है। घटना के बाद तकनीकी टीमें स्थिति पर लगातार काम कर रही हैं और यूनिटों की बहाली की प्रक्रिया जारी है।
Power Grid Fault Causes All NTPC Korba Units to Trip
Korba. A power fault occurred on Friday night during breaker testing of a Power Grid bay by the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). Following the incident, all operational units of NTPC Korba tripped simultaneously, causing an immediate impact on power generation.
According to information issued by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of NTPC Korba, PGCIL was conducting testing of a breaker at the PGCIL Bay when the electrical fault occurred. As a result, all units of NTPC Korba tripped.
Following the incident, necessary technical procedures were initiated at the plant. The process of reviving all the tripped units has been started, with the units being brought back into operation in a phased manner. According to the management, the revival process is being carried out in accordance with safety standards and technical protocols.
Units Expected to Be Restored by Late Night
The NTPC Korba PRO said that the revival process for all units is underway and is expected to be completed by late Friday night. However, the process of synchronizing the units back into the power system will depend on the prevailing technical conditions.
The simultaneous tripping of all units has affected power generation from NTPC Korba. At present, however, the priority is to safely restore the units and bring the power system back to normal.
NTPC management has attributed the incident to an electrical fault that occurred during breaker testing at the PGCIL Bay. Technical teams are continuously working on the situation, and efforts to restore all the affected units are in progress.
