(01) On 26.05.2022, the first information letter was lodged by the applicant Lakeshwar Vaishnav father Hemdas resident Dhodi Para district Korba in the police post CSEB that on the date 26.05.2022 only the applicant’s motor cycle number CG 12 AL 0590 had no one. Unknown accused has stolen from near Dhodipara Kabir Ashram. On the report of the applicant, the crime number 492/22 section 379 ipc was registered in the outpost CSEB and taken up for investigation.

(02) On 27.05.2022, the petitioner Dheeraj Kumar Gadhewal Assistant Engineer (TLM) Sub-division cspti Korba filed a report in the police post CSEB that the electric tower installed near Dhodi Para Appu Garden by some unknown person on 26.05.2022. 8 of 45 Nos. Tower Angle Piece Has Been Stolen. Due to which an accident can happen in the power tower at any time. On the report of the applicant, the crime number 495/2022 section 379 IPC and 136 Electricity Act was registered in the police post CSEB and taken up for investigation.
After registering the crime, the above incidents were immediately informed to the senior officers. Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Korba Bhoj Ram Patel and under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police, Korba Abhishek Verma and under the supervision of City Superintendent of Police, Korba Yogesh Kumar Sahu, police station in-charge Kotwali Inspector Rajiv Srivastava and outpost in-charge CSEB Sub Inspector for quick detection and effective action of the accused.
